St. Patrick’s Day “Make America Great Again” Hats are Nowhere to be Found

Fortune: President Donald Trump’s green “Make America Great Again” hats prepared for Saint Patrick’s Day, which caught flack for featuring a four-leaf clover instead of a shamrock, were nowhere to be found on his joint fundraising committee website on Wednesday.

A link to the section that previously showcased the hats leads to a page with the following message: “We’re sorry, but the page you’re looking for could not be found. Go back to our homepage and check out some of our favorite items!: The url for that page, however, is still labeled “official-make-america-great-again-green-hat.”

The special-edition hats were green to mark Saint Patrick’s day, and had a four-leaf clover on the back. The internet quickly pounced on the design though, noting that the four-leaf clover isn’t an Irish symbol. It’s actually the shamrock, which has three leafs. Former President Barack Obama’s campaign made a similar mistake in 2012, the New York Times reports.

It was not immediately clear why the hats are no longer available on the website; the committee hasn’t responded to a request for comment.
